Austin TV Repair. EXCELLENT! 2/25/2011

This was an excellent experience, and I recommend Austin TV Repair! After Googling TV repair places by zipcode and city, I found Austin TV Repair and a few others. Another repair service had more reviews so I called them first and on two separate occasions. They were merely not willing to work with me on the value (cost) of repair compared to the cost of replacing my 10 yr old 55? rear projection unit with a new LCD. Austin TV Repair not only repaired my 55? for less cost, they did so in a matter of hours. Enough sad ? they are excellent! more

Quickly responded to our phone message and diagnosed our problem over the phone. Came out within the hour and repaired our set on site within very few minutes. Were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and customer oriented. We will recommend them to others without question. more

Best TV Repair in the area! 1/26/2011

I personally recommend them highly. He repaired my Sony the same day right in my home and was very reasonable in price. He had our set fixed within an hour. We felt very lucky to have found someone that would answer their phones on a holiday weekend, much less work, and so quickly. Gulf TV Repair will be our shop to go to from now on for TV repairs. Have already sung their praises to my family and friends. more

Superior Service, quick repair, excellent price 1/8/2011

Superior Service - I called about my Samsung flat screen TV yesterday to have it repaired, which it was repaired very quickly, and I was able to watch it again at home within hours. I just wanted to bring to your attention the excellent service that I received from your tv repairman and the secretary. He came out to my home to explain his tv repair to me, and not only was he informative and competent but he was extremely professional, courteous, and personable. He is an excellent representative of your company and if I ever need future service, I will definitely call Gulf TV Repair. Too often in life we are quick to register complaints, but it is equally important to recognize superior service. Therefore, it was important to me to bring this to your attention. My TV was repaired very quickly and I feel very confident that your tv repairman did a great job for a reasonable price. more

Fixed my commercial units and home TV 12/23/2010

GREAT SERVICE I have taken many electronics here to have fixed. They definently get the job done, including the machinery at my shop - they were able to repair our precision electronics that would have cost our company thousands! They only charged us a fraction of that, came to our shop to repair our units, and did it the same day we called. Yesterday, I needed a repair on my Samsung TV at home, and Austin TV Repair was VERY REASONABLE, again, they came out to my home and fixed it for me right here. I also like how they offer a 90 day warranty, we have some electronic repair shops here, that don't offer any warranty. Thanks! more

Same day service was excellent 12/17/2010

Same day repair - wow! They came to my home the same day I called when my TV just stopped turning on. I called Gulf TV Repair about 11:00am and they had my TV back working and I was watching it by 12:30 pm the same day. They were very professional, clean, and with great information and knowledge. I was very impressed with the service and price. I highly recommend Gulf TV Repair. more

Gulf TV exceeded every expectation. They seem like a company that works because they want to, not because they have to. I have used them several times in the past couple of months & they seem like one of the few honest companys left around this area.
