Bad Experience all around! Purchased a restaurant style stainless sink counter/one piece. John told me he would have the piece cleaned up and legs mounted on the piece when I came to get it in a few days. I arrived and NOTHING had been done! He had one of his guys cut (2) legs for the counter and gave me the brackets. He then sent me to some guys that he uses to fabricate/weld stainless/metal for him. All together this was a HUGE inconvenience and took an entire day when I was in a time crunch to get the sink to my contractor. Then….I purchased a deck mount faucet from him that ended up being too tall, when I returned it, he said he could not process my credit card return or write me a check for refund because he was headed out. He would get my information and send it to me. I followed up and he explained that because the box was open he couldn't return it to his vendor and would not be giving me a refund. The faucet was $216.00. I made an attempt to stop at his shop to pick up the faucet and he said it was at his house. I made a second attempt to contact him for the faucet and he said he sold it last week. REALLY? Never an attempt to contact me or refund me the $. Will never use his services again…. more

I hired John to move a large, 700-lb piece of restaurant equipment for me through some pretty tricky obstacles and small doors. He was extremely skilled and resourceful at getting the job done. Plus, the price was great compared to what other places had been quoting me. Very happy with the service and will definitely use him again for any of my equipment servicing needs. more

We rented a commercial refrigerator from John Ogden for eight weeks at a very reasonable rate. He was very helpful and accommodating for the entire eight weeks.
