I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 3 YRS AND THESE APTS. ARE A MESS. FOR STARTERS, I HAD A BUSTED PIPE IN MY APARTMENT WHICH FLOODED PART OF MY BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. IT TOOK THE LANDLORD 2 MONTHS TO FIX IT (ONLY AFTER HUD STEPPED IN) MY CARPET WAS DAMAGED AFTERWARDS AND THEY ONLY REPLACED THE CARPET PAD, DAILY I HAVE TO PRESS THE REST BUTTON ON THE WATER HEATER(SINCE OCTOBER) JUST TO HAVE HOT WATER. I currently resided there for a year and I can truly say that I stayed that long because it was so hard to find an apartment. The previous comment is so correct about the ""bad staff"" statement because that is so true. I have had so many problems with this apartment complex. My kitchen was only working for the first six months then my sink broke, the light switch was jacked up so badly i had to use the light over the stove, my dishwasher is broke (so without a sink and a dishwasher I couldn't wash any dishes) and lastly every other day my refrigerator would leak. When I would to let them know what was going on the secretary was very rude and th whole staff acted as if they could care less. I took pictures and needless to say when I broke my lease it wasn't anything that they could tell me because they knew of all the problems that apartment was giving me. Good riddance and I feel for anyone who is putting up with that garbage of a so called luxury apartment. The rent should be $10-$50 because as a whole that is how much the apartment was worth. the manager is rude,the apartments are horrible,and the maintenance staff are inexpirenced. This is the worst complex that Baton Rouge has to offer. my ac was broke for 2 weeks before they decided it needed to be fixed. That is an outrage. The neighbors are noisy and outrageous. The outer apperance of the complex is messy because of the lazy staff. When you see the sign scream because you are edfinitely in a nightmare! Pros: good location Cons: bad staff more
