The Other Side of the Story:
In response to the post byJulie Manly, there were a few important facts left out of her review. First of all, the actual time it took to complete the installation was 3.5 hours, times 2 installers = 7 man hours, for which she was only billed for 6 hours which was on the initial estimate. The only variation from the original estimate was that she needed a 12 meter HDMI cable instead of a 9 meter which added $30. and the customer decided after the fact that she wanted a tiltable tv bracket instead of a fixed bracket which added $50. and required a special trip to the supplier. The total change to her estimate was $85.40 including tax, not $150. as she stated. The service was absolutely on par, which is to say, the tv was positioned exactly where she wanted it, it is perfectly level and securely mounted to the wall. All cabling from source equipment to the tv is professionally routed, dressed and secured. Functionality of all parts and services supplied by Audio Designs was tested and displayed to the customer. The customer did indeed encounter a technical problem with her Time Warner Cable box a day or two after the initial installation. Even though we did not supply the cable box, nor were we responsible for its operation, we took the time, at no charge, to walk her through the reset procedure and corrected the problem she was having.
