I am very near-sighted with an astigmatism. I have tried to wear soft lenses for years with very poor results. I finally gave up and went back to hard lenses. Upon my first visit to Dr. Walker, he was able to find soft lenses that corrected my near-sightedness, my reading correction AND my astigmatism. I now can see perfectly with my soft lenses. It's a miracle! Dr. Walker was extremely friendly and professional. The office staff was equally so. Doug also helped fit me with progressive lense eyewear that came out perfect. I can't even tell I'm wearing bi-foculs! I have never had better results with my eyewear and I've had to suffer through years of poor fitting contacts and inadequate glasses. Thanks so much to Dr. Walker and his staff. I highly recommend Cumberland Pointe Eye Care. more

Best eye doc spot ever! 5/17/2011

I've had a prescription for almost 21 years now so trust me when I say this: this team is awesome! From a fantastic doctor who takes the time to listen, discuss, advise and answer a lot of questions (a LOT), to Mike who is the eye-wear ""boutique"" manager to the admin staff...very friendly, very courteous and have gone above and beyond each time. They'll work with crazy work schedules, fit you in when you are really needing them and even stay late if you HAVE to get your contacts before your vacation. I just wish I had found them sooner. At last I no longer dread my eye doc visits and look smart (regular glasses) and sexy (sunglasses) during and after work. Thanks guys! :) more

Dr. Knouff is an absolute professional. 3/3/2010

I was due for an annual eye checkup and wanted to find an optometrist close to my new office. A colleague referred me to Cumberland Pointe, and I?ve never been more impressed with an optometry practice. As I walked into the tasteful office, I was immediately greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Dr. Knouff met me out front and walked me back personally to the exam room, with zero waiting time. She was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed chronic dry eyes due to LASIK surgery a few years back. They had been bothering me for a while, and my previous optometrist completely missed it. She was a complete professional, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly and without medical jargon! My eyes are much more comfortable after her diagnosis and prescription eye drops. I'll definitely be back and will refer all of my friends and family. more
