Not impressed. PT watched TV over my husband's head during his eval, and walked away repeatedly while he was going through exercises on his first visit.
The trainer that worked with him on subsequent visits was attentive, but was also running multiple other people through their exercises. He saw the PT, then worked with the trainer on subsequent visits. He was only supposed to go for a set number, but they apparently forgot that. This resulted in him having to go for an extra visit where he actually saw the PT for an eval to be released. Our referring surgeon is affiliated with them, so I guess that had something to do with the referral.
I had PT a few months later and chose another provider. My husband is more easy going than me, if I was the patient, I'd have gone elsewhere after the first visit.
