ATA starts out as a great place for your kids, but do not sign on the dotted line and read the fine print. In a nutshell, this is a belt factory! This business put profit above all else. After spending three years with them (I had two kids enrolled), they did not like us training in another martial art form. They gave us an ultimatum! Of course, we left! Every weapon we purchased, not used. Every belt earned by time, not testing or ability. They do not allow there instructors to develop relationships with families or a sense of team. They operate under a cloak of secrecy. This business has ruined some good relationships. They are poison!
