Checked in promptly, met with staff and hygienist that explained what was going to happen and why, the Dustie went over billing explaining what was being billed, made a follow up appt and had a plent experience. I was actually also talking to another gentleman that was waiting to check out while I was going in an was so happy with his procedure and checking out experience, it made me laugh, thinking who is happy about seeing a dentist anything?! more

I had a very good experience, it was my first time in this office but not my first time at an Aspen Dental. I was very happy that my checkup appointment turned into an appointment to have a procedure done. Major kudos to Dr Rose; she is the reason I changed to this office. She has excellent chair side manners, is very positive to the patient and to her assistant. I would absolutely recommend her. My only problem with the visit was when I was told how much money I have left with the credit department; we disagree by the cost of a crown. Brittney was the office manager from another office and was good at her job and put in an inquiry to find out why the money difference. But it would have been nice to know before I left. more

they ate very well staffed with great people who r very considerate to paitants needs mine wasnt a simple visit i had to have eight teeth pulled and they madeit as pleasant as it could be for that situation hats off to the whole staff top notch and a special thanks to my dentist and nurse dr.rose and susze more

Everyone is wonderful in that dental office. I did not go to a dentist for about 8 years ( bad experiences ) When I came to Aspen I explained to them my fear. I have no fear anymore and from now on I will go once every quarter to Aspen and my teeth look great now and they offer very good payment plans. more

Honestly this is the best place ever! From the minute you walk in the nicest people are there to greet you and get you settled. It has been a while since I've gone to the dentists because I have such anxiety about it but this was by far the best decision I've made. All of the people in the office made it such a great experience for me, from the moment I walked in until the time I had to leave. Everyone was super professional, answered all my questions, and told me and scheduled my exact plan of action for the dental work I needed. more
