Hygienist was amazing. I really do not like your new policy to require forms every 6 months. Also, in your confirmation process for the appt I got a call, text, email. Seems overkill. Also, i confirmed my appt and still received an email to confirm. Your back office is my bigger issue. All else is great. more

Honestly I can say I felt very comfortable the day I got my wisdom teeth out . I was a little bit nervous because I've never had surgery before . But, after a little bit I started feeling better about it . Before I knew it I was waking up from surgery . Felt like 5 minutes to me, I think that was the best feeling . I haven't had any complications at all post surgery. I would definitely recommend aspen dental to my friends and family for dental work. You guys really do make people feel comfortable and welcomed. I appreciate everything you've done for me :) ! more

I just moved to town, and needed a good dentist. I checked out Aspen Dental, and saw great reviews. Here I am now writing my own experience. I've had 2 visit, and literally it didn't take no longer than 5 minutes. Staff members are very friendly and attentive. Nicole behind the desk is a sweetheart. more

I had a wonderful first experience. The front desk is very nice and pleasant. The dental assistant I had was extremely thorough about everything what was going to happen during my visit. The doctor came in promptly to talk with me. I've been complaining of my wisdom tooth (bottom left) and the pain wouldn't subside. I'm four months pregnant and got the okay from my OB-GYN to get x-rays done and specific medicine for pain. However, the doctor recommended I take a safe during pregnancy anti biotic and to get a cleaning done to avoid X-rays and to try to manage pain before even doing an Xray because he could see the tooth poking through and you can tell it's clearly impacted by the way it's growing. (I've also had confirmation years ago they were impacted before they were close to coming out) anyway, they scheduled me a cleaning within 10 minutes, and also gave me the prescription antibiotic. I have to say the pain in near to none. The hygienist was thorough, pleasant. And I'm completely satisfied with my cleaning. I will continue to go back and I trust the doctor because of how resilient he was on taking X-rays. He told me the only way I should take an X-ray in this case is if the pain is unmanageable and the wisdom tooth becomes a health threat (infections) because at that point they will need to extract. I most definitely recommend. more

I had such a great visit @ Aspen Dental in Woburn. From the front desk, Maria was very nice and helpful, she helped with me with getting my insurance info settled in a timely manner. The dental assistant took her time to explain in detail what we were going to do. Dr Stolk was wonderful and told me exactly how we were going to get my mouth healthy since I haven't been to the dentist in years. Finally I met the office manager, Krissy, she was very attentive and listened to what my needs and priorities were and got me the right plan so we could get started and fit me in right away. I'm very thankful I went to visit their office and now I am looking forward to getting my work completed! more
