Toni at the front desk was such a kind and caring person. You can tell she genuinely cares for each and every patient. Sam the hygienist went over everything throughly and explained why I needed the type of cleaning I did. I feel great after my cleaning and am going back in a few weeks to finish up my work. I was extremely satisfied with all the staff I met throughout my visit. The X-ray tech, the dentist, and the manager were all very helpful and made me comfortable. My only disappointment were the prices, the amount I need to come up with after my insurance to pay for the service I need. But that is not their fault. As far as staff, they were awesome. more

I am one of those that have not been to the dentist for the longest time because I had no pain, however, I knew I had issues. Upon my visit to the office in Scranton, PA, the staff made me feel very comfortable which did away with any sense of anxiety and embarrassment I was feeling. The initial check up was very informative and provided me with a plan with what I needed to have fixed. The entire staff was very friendly and I am very happy that they are providing care for my entire family. more

I'm one of those people that didn't go to the dentist until I had to. \r A childhood experience left me with a fear of dentists that was unreal.\r Well From my first appointment to my last I was treated with respect and caring.\r Dr.Hu Was great as was the entire staff. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The dentist explains all procedures thoroughly and answers any questions you may have. The operatories are sterile and clean .Their office also offers financing . Overall I have had a great experience at Aspen and would recommend them highly. more
