Worst experience I ever had a a dentist office. I feel that I was at a new car dealership where everyone is super polite to you but have been trained to sell you something you don't want or need without you knowing it. I will fulfill my obligation to what I signed and get my teeth fixed but will find a new dentist and tell all my friends at work what my experience at aspen is like. From The time I walked threw the door every employee I had contact with couldn't be more nice and very helpful. Being able to take me at such a short notice and taking care of my problem was much appreciated . Dr Cignetti was absolutely the best ever. He's communication and professional skills are top shelf. more

The hygienist was great! She was friendly and did a great job on my teeth.The dentist was ok, he didn't say much. I wasn't asked whether I wanted fluoride it was just given to me, and told that some insurances cover it and some do not. I didn't receive a toothbrush or dental floss like I normally do. I wish they would have because, the fluoride they gave me ate my toothbrush bristles. more

Getting in was great, I had an appt for 2 fillings and also a cleaning. It was for 615pm. I was taken back close to an hour later. The fillings went great but I was unable to get the cleaning done. I rescheduled, and was unable to get the cleaning done due to my schedule. I will have to reschedule. more

Everyone was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. Set up next appointment within a week with detailed explanation of what to expect.
