When I first hired Ashman Associates I was depending on them to help turn my rental around. It was vacant for months, and I needed to rent it out ASAP. They were able to get my rental into a successful position quickly. They've definitely been worth my time and money. more

This has been a good renting experience so far. I was able to get a lot of information on the place I was interested in online through their site. Once I contacted them they were friendly and helpful. 9 weeks in and I have had no problems at all. I will update in a few months. more

The communication and attentiveness of the staff are what really seals the deal for me with Ashman. They have been great and easy to deal with even in an emergency. The rental is much easier for me all around and I really appreciate all that they do for me. more

They have done a great job with my property and have been very diligent at its maintenance. The annual A/C cleaning has been done and the yard looks great the last time I drove by. The tenants that you have places are working out great. I have always been pleased with your services. more

I may be a little different from other clients in that this is a home, rather than a rental property to me. I realize that what I am asking for is probably perceived as extra ""hand holding"" but circumstances( job market/ Housing market) have put me in the rental business.A place I never envisioned being. Overall- I think you guys are doing a great job, and I am very grateful for your help. more
