Asado is located in half of the old Carmen's Pizza restaurant (fortunately Carmen's just shrunk and didn't disappear!). It's a Brazilian meat-on-a-stick place, meaning they have only one menu offering: meat-on-a-stick. They have a large salad and appetizer bar, then when you're ready, you flip over a wooden block and the servers start stopping at your table with skewers of meat that have been roasted over an open fire and slicing pieces off for you. When I went, they had about 14 different cuts of meat, including beef, pork and lamb. The highlight of the meal was actually a grilled pineapple that was absolutely delicious.
Pros: Excellent food, enjoyable and different experience
Cons: Expensive
