Did not show for scheduled appt. Called once per hour, after 8 hours of waiting, told they would not come after all. On 12/10/14 scheduled service appt with Danielle for 12/24/14 btwn 11 am - 2 pm. Phoned at about 12:30 pm to confirm they were coming as did not want to waste my Xmas Eve waiting if somehow they had messed up the appt. They took all info and said they would double ck the appt for me. Did not get a return call. Phoned again at 1:54 pm. They took all info again & said Tech would phone me to give an estimated ETA. Did happen. Phoned again at 3 pm, gave all info, no promised call back. Phoned again at 4 pm, gave all info again. These people never never said they were an answering service, they purported to be the ARS office. Finally at 4:30 a tech, Matt, phoned. Said he was an hour away on a call that they had been closed to all except emergencies all day! he would phone me when he had an ETA. At 6:15 I called again since he had not called me back. Finally at 7:30 pm he phoned and said his manager, Jason, had told him not to come. I asked to have his manager phone me as I had now been waiting all day & evening for their promised service. If they had not been going to come, they should: 1. Not have made an appt for a day they were closed. 2. Told me immediately when I phoned at 12:30 that they would not come. 3. Told me when I phoned at 2 pm, at 3 pm, at 4 pm, at 6:30 pm. Unforgivable.
