I consulted with Carlos for a sprained shoulder muscle. He diagnosed my problem very quickly and applied appropriate stretching exercises. His therapy was very effective and eliminated my pains. He was very kind and also a good conversationalist during the therapy. more

Carlos is unique in that he takes into consideration the whole self. He pushes you to move forward while encouraging you along the way, always fully aware of your need to stop or just rest a moment.He gives exercises to do at home so that progress can happen even quicker. I feel fortunate to have found such a caring, competent professional to help me to keep my body strong and working well. more

Carlos Arroyo is superb,. H is very knowledgeable, cuts to the chase and provides great advice. I wish I had worked with him when I had a shoulder issue a number of years ago. I am convinced the process would have been quicker and more effective. He pays attention. more

5 herniated disc that effect my hip and knee. After PT, I always feel so great! Carlos is a patient, kind and thoughtful PT! The best! more

Carlos Arroyo took the time and dedication to assess my problem, He works with me attentively, monitoring my moves, and paying close attention to my progress and improvement. I try to follow his instructions for my “homework”, having full confidence in his judgment. I would most highly recommend him to my friends who need physical therapy. more

On two occasion he saved me from invasive medical treatment 5/31/2013

Over the past two years I have had problems with back pain and severe pain in lifting my arms. In both cases MDs were trying to subscribe pills and surgery. The best thing I've ever done was to visit Carlos. He treated my problems as muscle-skeleton disorders, and by using his amazing talent for physical therapy I have been left pain-free. I recommend Carlos for such treating such problems without reservation. Try his approach first !! more

Carlos continues to be there as my body ages and has more and more issues. I never have to say much, as Carlos is always able to target the area and begin to work his magic. I begin to see improvement immediately after each session. I feel extremely lucky to have met such a competent and caring individual who helps me to feel better each and every day. All I can say is something good came out from my injery and that is meeting Carlos . He is the best PT I ever had, he truly cares for his patients health and does everything to help them recover from the mental and physical pain. Finding excersizes that you are confortable with your injuries is his number one priority. I am always recommending him to my friends. more

Amazing Physical Therapist 5/2/2013

I have been seeing Carlos for a little less than a year and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great PT. His knowledge of my injury is amazing and I fully trust his recommendations and suggestions. He even set me up with a top orthopedist at Lennox Hill to have a second look at my tendonitis. He truly cares for his patients and seeing them through their injuries are his number one goal. more

Carlos is aware that not everyone is the same that your treatment may vary depending on your age group, sex, the nature of your injury. He pays close attention to what you have to say with respect to your injury and how you feel, and based on that he provides you with a tailor-made treatment. more

I was referred to Carlos by my doctor. I was amazed how much better I felt after a couple of sessions. I was so impressed with his skill that I had my mother come to him for physical therapy as well. My mother is an senior citizen who is very nervous and anxious. She is thrilled with Carlos’s calming nature and confidence building. .
