Local Business,Great windshield prices 12/27/2008

Someone decided to toss a brick through my windshield the other night,pulverizing the driver's side of course.I had to work the next morning and needed it fixed right away.Being a native Texan I like Armadillos and decided to give Armadillo Auto Glass a call.Greg the owner came out to my house and replaced my windshield in about 45 minutes.He vacuumed all of the shards up and was able to save my stickers which was great.They are a ""True Local Austin business""it's his company you can't get any better service than that,Thanks Dillos Pros: Very Prompt more

Under-priced and exceeded my expectaions on service 12/20/2008

Hey look, there are a bunch of competitively priced suppliers out there, but you ought to use Armadillo because they're honest, reliable, on time and easy to deal with. Greg comes to your place and will do the work quickly in a friendly manner. I chose them because of their price, but I'd use them again because of their service. Great timing and Customer Service! 11/3/2008

My car had been broken into the night before, and I found Armadillo the next morning. They were very timely in getting my window replaced, and Greg was super friendly and got the work done in half an hour. I HIGHLY recommend Armadillo!!! more

Awesome Service 10/31/2008

I called Armadillo Auto to replace my driver side window and they came in an hour and fixed it. I was thrilled, the guy who came was really nice and friendly. Armadillo Auto was fast and inexpensive. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again. more

Great service 10/7/2008

We live in Florida and our daughter is a student at UT so when her car was broken into in front of her home, we were helpless. I went online and found good reviews for Armadillo Glass. I called and talked to Greg and he gave me a 2-hour window of time when he would be there. He showed up when he said he would, replaced the window, cleaned up the mess, and the price he quoted was very reasonable and exactly what he charged in the end. He was quick, honest, and did excellent work. I would definitely use this company again. more

Local glass guys do it better 9/15/2008

Binswanger replaced my windshield in Feb on my 4runner for $336 and did a crappy job. I broke it again and this time I used Armadillo Auto Glass and it cost $182 and it was done by someone who did not complain about his job and the company. I could not be happier even if it had cost more. Thanks. Pros: Called at 10:00 AM and replaced by 2:00 PM more

I found Armadillo Auto Glass on Citysearch and had them replace my cracked windshield. They were great! They were quick, arrived on time and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend them! Pros: Quick, timely, pleasant and a great job more

quick and accomodating 5/27/2008

To find a company to replace my busted out car window, I looked here for well-reviewed businesses. I was very happy with the choice. Greg came out to my school (ahead of schedule) and replaced my window in the parking lot while I worked. He was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to see the price was very reasonable. After having my car broken into, I was grateful that this was painless and quick. more

I called Armadillo Autoglass based on the other great reviews. Everyone was right Armadillo had the best price in town, and they came right away. Somehow the same window cracked overnight , definetly a fluke of some kind . I called Armadillo Autoglass in the morning, they replaced it again free.Thank you to Armadillo for standing behind your service. Pros: quick work more

Professional and Local Service 4/17/2008

Great service. I was nervous about having my windshield replaced and was determined to find a ""local' company to do the work. I could not have been more pleased with Gary and Mike of Armadillo Auto Glass. They answered all my wacky questions, came to my home to do the work and did a professional job. I needed a windshield replaced in my car and Armadillo gave the lowest price I found online.I thought I would have to take it in somewhere but they came out to my business and replaced the glass on site.My stickers were even put back on the new windshield for me which spared me from a half day trip to the DPS.The technician was very polite and professional and completed in about an hour.If you need a windshield replaced don't bother calling anybody else, I called over 10 shops and they were the lowest by far.Thanks again guys, hope I don't need your services again anytime soon but If I do I know who to call ;) Pros: professional and prompt more

Excellent Service 3/7/2008

Armadillo's provided excellent service at a price that was close to $50 less than any other competitor I called around Austin. Greg was professional and friendly. The service was prompt and the window replacement only took 15 min. Best of all, they came to my apartment to fix the window. I would highly recommend Armadillo's to anyone needing auto glass repair. AWESOME SERVICE! 1/17/2008

Armadillo Auto Glass was fast, friendly service!! After the window is installed they clean it for you and vacuum up all the glass. I would use them again and again!!!! Great job guys :) Pros: they can come to you!! Cons: none that I found! more

Best auto glass company in Austin. 1/10/2008

I had my vehicle vandalized last night,I guess somebody decided they needed my stereo more than I did.I called Armadillo Auto Glass and had them come out to my house to repair my window.Mike the service tech was very polite and professional and even vacuumed out the glass from my car.I highly recommend the guys they did an awesome job.Thanks again.
