got together with mike and told him what i was interested in and the price i wanted to be at and the car i wanted.he told me he would call me right back, and he did so with he goods news i was hoping for.we arranged toeet the next day and his word was good as gold.what he told me was just what he said. he made my experience the best on i ever had in buying a new car.i'm 71 years old and been buying cars for 50 years plus, this was by far the easyest car buying i ever bought. no bs what was told to me is what happened.no surprises..thanks to mike i will buy many cars at arlington acura. he is a professional and has the skill to deal with people. he does a great job. he is someone you folks at arl acura should be happy to have him aboard. also i think arlington acura is a class dealer ship..by the way the car mike put us in is great..the time he spent with my wife going over everything was great.. he knows the product he sells.great job mike.
