Arizona Art Supply

Been shopping here over the last couple of years, and I have to say that the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented--they definitely step outside of the box to get you what you need. They were out of stock on a pad that I needed for class (it was on order, but I needed it right away), and they were able to get it from another location for me. I also used their loyalty card program, and I managed to get my $25 gift card after spending $300 with no problems, so I'm not sure what happened with the reviewer below--maybe he didn't understand how the program worked? They remember me and always ask how my various projects are going. It's those little things that make a difference that you dont' always see at some places. I won't get my art supplies from anywhere else! more

After thousands of dollars spent on enjoyable outings to the art store I finally had kept track of enough purchases to recieve the promotional discount they had going on. Basicly spend $300 get $25 worth of stuff. I brought in $450-500 dollars worth of stamped reciepts to get that $25 perk. I was hoping to buy some canvas stretchers and pay the remainder in cash. I was rudely and agressivly embarrassed in front of other customers by Susan the Manager that I could not have my sticks of wood because I had not rang in my last purchase of $180.00, $25 at a time in order to qualify. What's the difference? If I made the mistake of improper proceedure but have the history of spending money there frequently, is it worth embarassing and loosing a loyal customer over eight pieces of pinewood? Yes it is apparently! Thanks for proving once again that greed kills and management is out of touch with what really counts....THE CUSTOMER AND HIS $$$$. If you love arts and crafts, this is the place to be. You can get all your supplies under one roof at very reasonable prices. They have a pretty extensive inventory. You can get lots of crayons, papers, paints and what not for your kids from here to keep them entertained throughout the summer months. more

I was helping a friend gather art supplies and we went to this place. I looked around and find art sets , paint markers, canvas, aerosol, pencils, watercolors and all kinds of markers. I would definately look here first because they had a huge variety of manufacturers. Its a small not very noticable place but inside is an artist paradise! more
