I have lived here for three years now and I have become more unhappy with the complex overall.... Water cockaroaches crawling on my bed and on me at night, have to pay 25 to 50 to replace a sliding door, personal items have been stolen from my apartment, the security sucks butt here, I have found three black widows in my patio, nothing is being done about the cracked parking and the pot holes, the new management has no structure and it is always dirty now, always have to look behind you when you walk now cause you don't know if you will be mugged. The list goes on... I am just here cause the rent is cheap and I am trying to finish my school... Otherwise I hate it here... more

STAY AWAY 2/15/2011

I lived at Arbor Ridge from 10/09 to 01/11 and all I can say, is stay away, unless you don't mind dealing with cock roaches, dumpster divers, having your car broken into, items stolen off your patio, even with a locked gate, being subjected to brutal domestic fights. The majority of the tenants are on section 8 housing and very few hold down a full time job. Watch out once you give notice and move out, they do not follow the California Civil Codes with what they are to offer and/or information they're supposed to supply you with as required by law. more

Not recommended 11/17/2007

Arbor Ridge apartments are ok. They do have trash every where, they hardly ever clean up the leaves and we have snails all in our yard area. The cable hook-ups here are not that great, they are out dated and you can only have basic cable. The apartment I live in is around to many tress and I can't even get the dish. The energy bill is also really high beacause the appliances are so outdated and are not energy efficient. I have not had to pay water or trash yet. There have also been some pretty scary events here. I would not recommend living here. more

Arbor ridge aparments are nice but there is water and trash fee that they dont tell you about. I think it is crazy because why should you have to pay water and trash if youre not living in a house. It is an apartment! Also they are kind of tight. You will not be able to have Comcast digital cable because they need to update their cable lines and they do not want to do it!! How cheap is that! All the rent were paying and they cant update their old cable lines! Mostly everyone around here has to have satellite tv because of this. Pros: MOstly everything Cons: they dont want to update their cable lines and the water and trash fee more
