I lived at Arbor Ridge from 10/09 to 01/11 and all I can say, is stay away, unless you don't mind dealing with cock roaches, dumpster divers, having your car broken into, items stolen off your patio, even with a locked gate, being subjected to brutal domestic fights. The majority of the tenants are on section 8 housing and very few hold down a full time job. Watch out once you give notice and move out, they do not follow the California Civil Codes with what they are to offer and/or information they're supposed to supply you with as required by law.
