I have had dealings with this company for a few years now... They installed my water system that consisted of an aerator, pump and water softener... Once this company has your money, you are relogated to the 2nd class customer... Over all the installation was sloppy at best and was not level. They had opened the skirting around our new home and then found they could not close it back up... If you ever need parts, get ready to get skinned alive... I have a couple of times... but only when they have me over a barrell... like today... I purchased a plastic float valve that costs 17.00 on the internet... they charge 41.00 (which incidentally is the price for a brass valve as opposed to a plastic one). They bumped the price of noozles from 12 cents to two bucks each... If you like high prices, a bad installation, poor support, and out ragious prices for parts.. then pick this company... On the day that this happened we were installing both a water softener and reverse osmosis system in the home of "Bob's" neighbor. We had informed the homeowner that the lines in the home would be chlorinated. This community has a high level of Hydrogen sulfide in the water and using chlorine is the only way to get the initial smell out. Once the lines in the home are well chlorinated, our system will keep it from coming back. The chlorine is left in the lines during the installation and then flushed out. Bob came into our office and told us that he was at his neighbor's home during the installation and needed to take a pill. Bob went into one of the bathrooms and took his pill using the chlorinated water. We asked him if he had contacted his doctor or went to the hospital and he said no. Bob then went on to tell us that this could all just "go away" if we agreed to give him a reverse osmosis system like the one we had installed at his neighbor's house. AQUARIUS WATER REFINING poisoned me and burnt my mouth and throat with their water filter installion. They introduce extremely caustic chemicals into the drinking supply. Their installers are totally oblivious to the customer's safety and their owners do not take responsibility for their crew's screw ups.
