Aqua-Blue Pools exceeded our expectations. From sales to installation, you will see why Aqua-Blue out performs their competition. Harry, our salesman was friendly, informative,and not ?pushy?. He presented a concept drawing, and helped us design a package to meet our budget. The installation process stayed on schedule, and easily met our completion date. Their crew was friendly and they did quality work. At any stage of our project, we could contact any member of the Aqua-Blue team, and get detailed information on our project. Their project management was exceptional ! At the completion of the project, we had ?pool school?, which gave us a 2 hour course on pool maintenance, chemical analysis, and instructions to help protect our investment. All documentation was presented to us upon completion of school. My wife and I are happy with the installation of our pool, and without hesitation, we would recommend AquaBlue pools to anyone interested in a quality pool with superior customer service, and a great value for the money we invested. Thank you Aqua-Blue Pools. We talked to the rest, but bought from the Best !!! more

I would recommend Aqua Blue Pools. From the beginning in the planning, digging, concrete pouring, electrical... all the way through the different stages, the different job crews that come out are nice, friendly and hard working. I cant wait for warmer weather so my family can enjoy our new pool. more

These guys are awesome! During the construction of our pool, the rain during Christmas and New Years hampered our progress; but during the lull, they stayed in-touch with us almost every day to let us know when construction would resume. We never had to call them and wonder what the next step was. John was our foreman and he was at the job site every day to make sure everything we discussed in the proposal was done correctly. They were extra attentive to making sure that rainwater drainage would not be a problem. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend anyone looking to buy and build a pool go with Aqua Blue. more

Our pool is our Christmas present. It's seriously the most beautiful pool I've ever seen. The workmanship that went into building it is rare these days. Our neighbors have commented on how hard everyone worked. The workers seemed to be joyful and work very well together. I sure hope they get paid well. My four year old daughter swam in the pool on her birthday, September 30. It was freezing but she didn't care. We can't wait until summer gets here! more

All I can say is WOW! Aqua Blue Pools was a pleasure to work with, Jerry was awesome in explaining the pool construction process, He told me it would take them about 3 to 4 weeks, well it only took 2 weeks, everything and everybody worked together like a well oiled machine, very organized company, NO complaints at all and the pool looks great, Bottom line is, don't waste anymore time looking for a pool contractor, these are the guys. more

AMAZING company!!! Our pool is almost complete, and I will post another review when it is completely finished. So far, we are extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality, and customer service. Aqua-Blue cares about the customer, and the quality of their product. Every crew and worker that has worked on our pool has been top notch. We have a difficult yard, with many slopes, and Aqua-Blue worked really hard to make sure the pool would be in the best possible position. The owner, Jerry Smith, even came out to inspect the pool and make sure that we were going to be satisfied with the plans they made for our pool. I highly recommend Aqua-Pool. I am extremely impressed so far!!! more

After doing some research, we decided to call Aqua Blue Pools to install our pool. From the beginning it was a no nonsense approach by Jerry, he gave us a great price, followed up when he said he would. The pool installation began March 27th and was completed two weeks later. We cannot say enough about the workers, they were polite, on time, cleaned up, did a great job! We love this pool! And highly recommend you get yours from Aqua-Blue Pools. more

Our dig date was Dec 4th, 2012. The pool was completed in 2 weeks, and it looks FABULOUS! This has been a most favorable experience in every way which is a pleasant surprise in todays world where quality and customer satisfaction is almost extinct! We were set to go with another pool company when I discovered Aqua Blue through another friend. The building crew, staff and owner were great to work with, always here on time and when they said they would be here and any and all questions were always answered. We were given the personal cell phones of the owner and manager so contact is immediate. The pool construction of 10""concrete walls and solid concrete steps were the turning point for us choosing to go with Aqua Blue versus a steel support sysytem. It just made good sense, especially doing a salt water pool! If I could post a picture I would! I highly recommend this company! more

12-18-12\r \r I have been a spa owner for many years and use it routinely twice a day, year round. The current spa has had a series of out of the ordinary problems that required numerous service calls. As a result, I developed a ""relationship"" with both the service manager and the head field tech. My experience was they both went above and beyond in their efforts to correct the problems. I live a distance from Taylors, but response was always prompt. As far as customer service and field support, I am extremely satisfied. I would and have recommended them to a friend. more

We have had our pool for about a month and so far I have been very pleased with Aqua Blue Pools. The construction team was always on time and at our site when they said they would be. I never had trouble getting my questions/concerns answered/corrected whether it be by phone or in person. The guys that came out to instruct us on how to use all the equipment and explain chemical maintanence were great. I feel that the quality of service and end product that we received has been worth the money that we put into it. I don't expect any issues with service after the sale. If so, I will post another review. We could have purchased a less expensive pool but after sitting down with 4 pool dealerships, we are glad that we went with Aqua Blue Pools. Pools are a big investment! Do alot research, ask alot of questions and compare money to quality. I recommend Aqua Blue Pools. more

Never would do business with them! 6/10/2010

Went in for some information regarding the various types of pools with the intent on having one installed in the fall/winter this year. Was treated very poorly from the moment we got there. The ""sales"" rep's only concern was money. Do we have it, cause if we dont we wouldn't be able to get it. He ""profiled"" us as people without the means to afford this sort of luxury. Stated that if we did not have 80% equity in our house, we would not be able to obtain a loan. Blah, Blah, Blah...Maybe their technicians are great, but we will never know...there are plenty of pool companies in the south interest in business in the off season. Maybe we should have drove the vette and left the truck at home, we might have had a different outcome....ya think? Pros: None that we are aware of Cons: Really Poor Customer Skills more

Poor construction, not completed. 6/15/2008

Aqua Blue Pools built a pool for me many wears ago. Not only did they not finish the work the salesman promised they used the wrong products. They used a stainless steel filter with a salt generator system which should not be used due to corrosion. Their grading and filling work was not compacted and the concrete has not just cracked but broken apart, sagged and sunken into the surrounding dirt. Poor quality concrete, even some of the the winter cover anchors have pulled out. Really poor construction all around! more
