QUALIFICATIONS
*The Qualifications of the Appraiser's Associated with Appraisal Source, Inc. Doesn't Stop at the Minimal Levels Required for State Certification. In Addition to State Certification, Some of Our Appraisers are Members of the Appraisal Institute, the Recognized Leader in the Appraisal Industry, and Have Earned Designations by Completing Rigorous Classes, Writing Comprehensive Demonstration Reports, and Successfully Completing Comprehensive Examinations. Members of the Appraisal Institute are Also Required to Take Continuing Education Classes Beyond that Required for State Certification.
