Run don't walk – away from this company. If you ever have a problem with your appliance, their service department will screw things up beyond recognition. First of all you can't talk to anyone. You have to leave at least 3 messages before someone calls you back – 3 days later. Then they send a guy out in 4 days. He fumbles around and says he'll be back in 4 days with a part. After those 4 days the service manager calls and says the unit is unserviceable and YOU have to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer says they'll ship a replacement to Appliancesmart in 5 days. THEN the service manager screws up the paperwork and you sit for another week. You call the manufacturer and they say it'll be another week. After a MONTH you'll be scouring the web looking for forums like this to post your sad story. I'd be skeptical of any good reviews, it's probably just ApplianceSmart management doing damage control. more

I bought a stove and refrigator there 2 years ago. I did by the warranty for each since I did not know about appliance smart. The stove worked excellent. The refrigator has a compressor problem, I called and the compressor was replaced not questions asked. Excellent service. Thank you Appliance Smart, I now live in Arizona, can you come to? more
