Unfortunately, our washing machine was having trouble and we had hoped to have it repaired. We called late Friday, and were relieved that a technician would come by the following afternoon. The technician came promptly the next day and truthfully told us that our machine was dead, and that it would likely be less expensive to purchase a new one than try to repair our very old one.
