When I was researching professional reviews of HVAC manufacturers, every one of them stated that the installer is the most important part of a replacement (or initial) installation. We had a good experience with Appleton Campbell for a minor issue so we decided to go with them for a major HVAC system replacement. These are the traits I look for in a service company: Responsiveness, courteousness, pride in the way techs and vehicles look, attention to detail, little unexpected extras (like providing free window ac units until they could get the job done). Appleton Campbell exhibits every one of these in spades. Every service company should aspire to provide this level of service. Renee, Jerry, Roger, Danny, Holly, Jason, and Jeff were all exemplary in their representation of this company in their respective interactions with us, seemingly their only customer. more

Appleton Campbell did a great job! They were very professional and delivered as promised on my A/C replacement. They even loaned me window A/C units to keep our house from totally sweltering during the heat wave until they could get our HVAC system replaced. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for, which in this case was a well done quality job. more

We use Appleton Campbell for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical requirements, and they always provide prompt and effective service. We recently had a Saturday AC breakdown that was fixed the same day. A different crew rewired a faulty electrical circuit, and the plumbers will be putting in new outdoor faucets later this week. more

From the protective booties to the carpet runner, there was absolutely no mess bringing in equipment and installation of our A/C unit this month, nor during our past December installation of a furnace! The installers were very prompt and professional. more
