App Campbel folks fix problems. 1/20/2018

Latest job was a Hot water tank (gas) replacement. I had a plan with Dominion energy for water heater replacement. Saw water all over basement floor and called Dominion. When the service called later in the day I told them I had determined the leak was from a pinhole in the expansion tank and I was advised the service only covers the water heater. Tank 18 1/2 years old so I called App/Campbell and had it replaced. more

Appleton and Campbell have worked on my house for several years-from plumbing to electrical to heating. They are wonderful to work with and are very straight forward with their pricing. I continue to call them when home needs arise. They have also provided great references for things they do not repair. Thanks A&C. more

Honest, fast, friendly & professional 12/30/2017

I had a few outlets go out, I called and Stacy was at my home about 45 mins later. Instead of pulling out the tools to charge me a level 2 service cost, he advised it was probably something simple that we could find. Indeed 10 mins later the problem was resolved. This was a simple problem but it was still handled with integrity and excellent customer service (something that I value and is getting harder to find). more

Courteous, professional, and on-time service 11/28/2017

Received outstanding service and support from Chris L during my recent HVAC inspection using their Home Services Agreement (HSA). I am a new home owner and Chris took the necessary time to answer all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I get the impression that management must really advocate a customer focused approach when stressing quality service to its employees. My system is over 10 years old now and Chris provided a lot of insight on the expected life of my system. He also observed a small patch of bio growth and he cleaned this thoroughly giving me the assurance that I do not have any mold in my HVAC system. Thank you Chris! more
