Apple Creek Oral Surgery

Horrible place. I would not recommend it. I was scheduled for surgery in 9 days and I received a call saying they dropped me as a patient and canceled the surgery without even notifying us!!! We had the surgery planned for a year. They are unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. They sent all my information to a different patients insurance and blamed our insurance for never getting back to them. They do not know how to schedule things or even call the insurance to confirm something is covered. The front desk gal told us that our insurance sucked and that when someone walks in with that insurance they won't help them and make them do it all on their own. All they want is money. The front desk people are disrespectful and hang up on clients. NOT RECOMMENDED! more

They were fantastic!! A+++ Girls were very, very nice. Dr. Hank was the best ever!! So much better than regular dentist I had that messed things up, requiring the teeth being pulled! He was like a grandpa. Very sweet, explained everything, didn't rush through and I just can't say enough good things about them. Don't rag on them cause you don't pay your bill. They are fantastic. I needed a different pain med and they were right on it. Very nice, cheerful staff.Would totally tell friends and family to go there! more

The oral surgeon I saw at this location did a hack job on my mouth. He left chunks of tooth behind after removing my wisdom teeth, that 2 years later are still working their way out of my gums and giving me pain. And when I called about it, they were NOT nice to me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! more

I was laughed at and hung up on when I tried to work out options for paying the 20% down they ask for to perform work. I had pre-approval showing how much insurance would pick up and yet they asked for 20% on the total they charge not what I actually would owe. This place is pathetic and the rudest place I have ever dealt with!! more
