My husband got api to do our roof yesterday and today. We had gotten 3 quotes for our roof and what we wanted was a dimensional roof in BLACK. Then we got home Wednesday afternoon my husband noticed the shingles were charcoal GREY and even though we were told we would get black and that black was ordered when asked, the owner told my husband he couldn't get black shingles. (What!!!). We then were told that the area would be cleaned up but there was trash, paper, and cigarette butts in the yard and we found 19 nails in our walkway with many more I'm sure that need to be located, this is especially bothersome considering we have a special needs child with a bleeding disorder. I will be seeing what avenues we can pursue in this whole matter in the coming days.
