She came up to her and told to stop, while her people ride bikes up and down the side walks almost running people down.\r We have a new manager for the last 3 months. I told her about my dishwasher not working, and it's still not working. One side of our kitchen sink is not working and we’ve been using only one for about 2 weeks now waiting on them to fix the problem. The manger lied to my face or the maintenance man lied to my face, blaming each other for my sink problem still not fixed. Who do I believe now? They need to blame each other face to face instead of behind their backs. All this going on while my two kids and I wait on things to be fixed that should've been fix a long time ago. What you wrote above, you should be writing to the management of Anza Management Co. I want to tell people I live at the best apartments in Orange County, but I can’t. Doesn't Recommend more

They closed the pool for the entire summer because ""the part is too expensive to replace"". I dont normally write reviews about stuff but im frustrated with this company. Ive taken amazing care of the apartment and will not be getting any of my deposit back when i move out next month. Look for somewhere else to live because you will not be happy with Anza. more

Anza Management Has No State Business License in Nevada 1/11/2012

Anza Managment Company conducts business unlawfully in the state of Nevada without a state business license. Based on my own experience, I would not rent an apartment from this property management company. I experienced a contractor entering my apartment at Andover Place Apartments in Las Vegas without a prior 24-hour notice. Management had given an employee from Terminix a master key to all the apartments with a list of apartments to spray for roaches. The employee from Terminix was not escorted by a member of management and given free reign. He knocked on my apartment door. My roommate was there too. We did not answer the door because we were not expecting anyone. He unlocked our door and entered into our apartment. He was shocked to see me sitting in my desk chair and my roommate sitting on the couch. I am totally disabled and require assistance with activities of daily living. The employee from Terminix could have walked in on me while my caregiver was giving me a sponge bath on the couch in the living room. I would have had no clothes on, and he could have walked right in on me. This would have been very embarrassing. Management knew I was totally disabled. They failed to give me a 24-hour advance notice. I moved because of roaches and this illegal entry into my apartment. Prior to this, my roommate and I caught the maintenance worker numerous times unlocking our door. He would state, ""Oh, I am sorry. I have the wrong apartment."" This happened way too many times to be a mistake. I would not rent any apartment, where Anza Management Company manages the property. They are not to be trusted. more

TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 6/10/2009

I applied for a job with this company and they are absolutely full of themselves considering that they provide B and C class properties. If they treat applicants like crud I can only imagine what they treat residents like. I have over three years of property management experience with an 80% closing ratio. Kathleen continues to imply that it's unheard of. Well, Kathleen, if you got off your lazy, wrinkled. polyester suited rear end and called my references you would see that it's NOT unheard of and the problem could lie in your tired run down properties. Avoid this company! I shopped two of their properties (for free mind you) and they were TERRIBLE! She notified me a MONTH later that I didn't get the job which is unprofessional and not a realistic time frame considering that I emailed her twice and left a message. Illegal and unprofessional practices. She never even checked my references or previous jobs BEFORE passing judgment on me. I'm not really sure what her problem was but she needs to get off her high horse and pull her head out of her rear end.... Cons: RUDE and SNOOTY more

To the community of neighbors and renters because we have serious problems of coexistence for want of professionalism, by activities of harassment of the administrator; quite unequal failing to fulfill rules, violations to codes, of laws that we have tried to inform it to the proprietors and never we have answers on the part of them. We have been ignored. It is already enough, if it can. I recommend that we put all the attention necessary stops that on the part of manager we are not intimidated and harassed since it has a schedule, we like renters also. We have the right to take measures for the well-being from our community since the manejadora one only takes care of its interests if it can. HOW TO OBTAIN THAT THEY BECOME REPAIRS If the renter thinks that his unit of rent he needs repairs and that the proprietor is person in charge of these repairs according to the guarantee implicit of habitability, the renter must notify to proprietor. Like usually the rent units they are investments of business for the proprietors, the majority of them wants to maintain them safe, cleanings, attractive and in good state. It is better than the renter notifies the proprietor of the damages or defects as much with a call telephone like with a letter. Total Disaster 9/12/2008

Well I'm back and one year has gone by. Well the place is probably worst than ever. My apartment was never fixed and the City has come out many times to do inspections and was found in violation of code. I live at Shadow Hills Apartments.This place is a complete DUMP.This building is very dirty, noisy, security gate in front doesn't work, trash is always overflowing, there are rodents, feral cats in parking lot, which the kittens live up in the parked cars, and insect pests. I asked for new carpet, and the manager said ""Due to the economic recession we can't put new carpet"". But yet the vacant apartments that are being fixed up...New carpet and flooring, fresh paint, whole kitchen is updated...it's just B.S. So don't let the pretty paint job and landscaping on the outside fool you...because the inside of the apartments are the real jokes. Terrible to deal with 8/16/2008

I would never recommend Anza Management. I currently live in Universal Pointe Apartments in North Hollywood owned by them and I have had the worst experience living here. After moving in I found out the complex was riddled with cockroachs and the gounds are unkept. They were crawling around on the ground outside because the trash dumpsters are never covered. I requested breaking my lease to leave and the owners would not let me. I have had to have my apartment fulmigated five times to keep the insects out.There is also no security and when my air conditioner stopped working it took nearly a month for someone to come out and fix it. The owner John is totally unprofessional. Do not waste your time with these people more

NON-RESPONSIVE TO COMPLAINTS 8/6/2008

We lived at Fullerton Townhomes on Highland Ave., managed by Anza Management Co. for little over a year. We thought we would be there for a long time, so made over $1500 in improvements. We reported mold & dirt in the bathrooms to the Manager, Sherry, but nothing was done about it so we paid Groutzilla $695 to regrout & clean both baths & the filthy, chipped kitchen tile counters. We put in a beautiful bathroom faucet, new light fixture, handles on cabinets in kitchen, medicine cabinets, & even repaired the 4"" cracks in the concrete on the patio & added Malibu lights, concrete steps & colored gravel. Oh yes, how stupid we were!! When ants invaded our guests during the night in their bed, that was it!! We luckily found a beautiful place with all new upgrades, granite, wainscoating, new stainless appliances & for less money. When Anza was to return our $500 deposit, they kept more than half of it for repairs which included cleaning the vertical blinds. We only used the open/close cords & never touched the blinds unless they fell off the track. They lcharged almost $50 to clean these and we complained & felt that should be routine maintenance, not at our cost. We sent a list of all the improvements we made & included pictures of the baths with the mold & dirt but they didn't even give us the courtesy to respond. We didn't expect to have reimbursement for the improvements we made but did expect to be repaid for cleaning the blinds! It was a matter of principal, but that doesn't appear to be one of their attributes. I certainly don't recommend Fullerton Townhomes to anyone. Worst Company and Worst Apartment Manager in History 5/21/2008

I have been a tenant at the Park Apartments for 6 years now. Anza is the worst management company I have dealt with in my whole life. The Manager they hire to watch the property is horrible, incompetent, unknowledgeable, lazy and ignorant. Lucy Garcia, Regional Manager for Anza is worst. She condones the behavior, never responds to the messages and doesn't do anything about tenants being treated like second class citizens. The only thing they get a move on in this building is when a tenant vacates the property they clean it up right away to have someone else move in here to keep their money flow going. Previous worker for Anza Management main office 12/12/2007

This company is an excuse for BEING a company - or lack there of. I used to work for them back in 2004. I was one of the MANY receptionists they had. I was probably the UMPTEENTH one there. God knows they went through so many because their management and personnel are a sorry excuse! Who knows if they fired most of the lazy people that worked there. I certainly hope so. They really didn't care about any of the tenants or complaints they would receive daily. They would always say, ""send them to voicemail."" They deserve to be all fired and I hope that company goes bankrupt. more

I am a vendor for anza property management. They are the poor excuise for a working office. They need to fire almost all of there staff, they are slow and lazy and full of red tape. They will hold your money and not pay you. This is not with the properties themselves, they hold money to collecect intrest and leave you holding the bag. If you work for them get paid up front and contracts mean nothing to them or there staff. I hope the owner and people doing business with them read this and understand that they effect your bottom line by tents who live and pay your bills and vendors put you on the back burner because you treat us and your tents the same way. Wow! Its interesting to find out that I am not the only one having an horrible experience with these management company. I live at Sonoma Hills Apts in Las Vegas and I have had nothing but headaches with this property since I moved in. Their staff does not speak English and they do not fulfill any of the request/work orders I complain and ask for regarding their complex. Luckily I signed a six month lease. Thinking of taking them to court under tenant laws which they are breaking. Just Plain Rude 6/15/2007

This company has no respect or remorse for their tenants. My apt. was on fire and they only gave me one day to get my things and never told me that I had one day to clear everything out. Only one thing caught fire, couple things melted and the rest of the apt was smoke damage. Not knowing, when I turned in my keys the next day, because I thought that that was the next thing to do, I was not allowed back in there. Are you serious! If I left something I should be able to get it. The apt. manager and Anza manager told me that I'm sorry that you started a new job and couldn't get back before the office closed. They threw everything that was left in there in the trash because it looked destroyed. What I forgot to get were my professional dance shoes; 5 pairs. I had contacted the manager two days after the fire and she knew that I had been calling and never once returned my call. She just let the working men throw everything away. There should of been an exception to let me in after office hours because my new job consisted of 12hr days, which started the same day as the fire. "" We don't make Exceptions"" they said. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! and a bunch of bad mouth talking. I'm out here by myself, getting my things by myself and still no remorse. Just a laugh in my face that, "" it is our property now and you do not have access to enter, You do not live there anymore."" I just wanted to double check to see if everything was really all thrown away. Then, the Anza manager tells me that he is not the right person to call. What? I would give this place no stars. Awful Management Tenant Relations. 6/5/2007

This company has almost no respect for their tenants. I live in an apartment under rent control in the valley. I've lived here for several years. When Anza took over this building they started treating tenants that have been here the longest poorly.They take forever repairing anything. I had a two foot by two foot hole in my bathroom floor , where they were replacing the toilet drain, for two months!\r I've had sewage backups that went on all weekend without any help I tell the manager and they did nothing till Monday. Meanwhile I had to stay awake all weekend bailing my bathtub or be flooded out. I try and call the Anza office and they never call me back. When the Anza management Executives come here they are very antagonistic towards the tenants.\r Worst company ever.\r Cons: Poor Tenant Management Relations more
