The hot water will continue to go out unexpectedly. Frustrating when you are getting ready for work. They told me 2 years ago the BBQs would be replaced, that has never happened. They closed the pool for the entire summer because ""the part is too expensive to replace"". I dont normally write reviews about stuff but im frustrated with this company. Ive taken amazing care of the apartment and will not be getting any of my deposit back when i move out next month. Look for somewhere else to live because you will not be happy with Anza.
