Shabby Chic to the Extreme! 3/19/2006

I love this store, from the clothes and furniture they have on the inside to the design and look of it on the outside. I love coming here to browse and look through their vintagey-styled items. If I had the money, my entire wardrobe would consist of only clothes from anthropologie, but alas, their prices aren't for the poor! (my only complaint:) more

Anthropologie 10/10/2005

I love this store because the clothing is always pretty unique. Most people have a love it or hate it reaction to a lot of the clothing pieces though. Its in a great location in the Back Bay so it's a convinient stop if you're doing shopping at the Prudential Center or Copley. Like the other poster said, the sale area on the top floor is a bit cramped. more

Well-made clothing--- not too expensive. 9/9/2005

Though some would argue that Anthropologie is too pricey for them, the upstairs sale section in the Boylston St store simply can't be beat in the quality for $ category. Anthropologie is a great store to find well-made clothing that is not too over the top. They carry brands like Michael Stars tees and Odille clothes that are top of the line. My only complaint is the cramped corner where they stick the sale home stuff. You can't fit in there if another person is browsing! more
