I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! The owner seemed pleasant over the phone, but when I met her in person she was very cold, and barely acknowledged me, and rushed my order. I called 24 hours before to have the date moved to the following weekend because my child was sick with a viral infection. She was very rude stated that she had made the cake 2 days before but had not added the icing on it, and would have to freeze it because she had already baked it. I ordered a very basic and small cake for about 20 people. I would have thought she would be more considerate about her customers. She said that it wasn?t her fault that my child was sick and that she had already baked the cake and there was nothing else she can do. She would charge me ? of the price to discard the cake or pay full price for a frozen cake. If that was the case I could have bought a cake from Sam?s or Kroger?s!!
