I would recommend that you use another real estate agent than Jan Fowler and her broker Cameron Yates-DeAngelo. I purchased a home from her in May, 2007. Prior to purchase, I asked that she have a few things repaired. One of the items was to repair the thermostat on the pool/heater. During the walk-through, rather than keeping her from her dinner for two hours while we tested the thermostat, I asked if she had it repaired. She said that she did. However, a few months later, when trying to use it for the first time, it was not repaired. I asked her to honor her agreement, and either repair it or identify the pool repair company that did repair it, to have them fix it. However, she and her broker indicated that she had no obligation to do so, and would not repair it. In addition, she indicated that it was professionally repaired, but she could not identify the name, nor locate any receipts or invoice or any form of payment that she supposedly made to such a company. She is not an honorable person, and her broker appears to be less than honorable, as well. I am sure that there are many reputable real estate agents in the Las Vegas area, but this real estate agency is not one of them.
Pros: Friendly and courteous
Cons: Did not honor her agreement with me
