There is obviously exactly zero inter-office communication here. I've been trying to get my cats in for an appointment since the end of January, and nearly all of my voicemails are left unanswered. We even went in to the office to schedule, and since payment will be made by someone else rather that us, they still wouldn't allow us to schedule, even though the party supplying payment contacted the office two weeks ago and got everything cleared up (as far as we knew), and were told that all we needed to do was schedule the appointment. Of course, when trying to schedule, we got voicemail every single time, and again received no call-back. Within the time we've been trying to set up the appointments, one of our cats has become pregnant, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid here. These guys are obviously either incompetent in communicating with each other, or are merely more concerned with WHERE their payment is coming from than actually performing the services they're employed to perform.
