Far and away the best breakfast of anywhere you can get in WNY. Get there early because it's packed all the time. Probably a testament to how good the food is.

Great Breakfast!! 6/12/2009

I had the western sandwitch and it was argueably the best breakfast sandwitch I have had. They were also making lentil soup for lunch and it smelled great. Nothing beats scratch cooking. Will definately go back next time that I am in towm. more

Best pancakes I have had 5/19/2008

We went there for breakfast on a Sunday and ordered a Breakfast Burrito and a short stack of Blueberry pancakes. The burrito, served with homefries, was great. But the pancakes were definitely the best pancakse that I have ever had in my life - warm and fluffy and really tasty. In fact, I did not use any syrup on them so as to not change the taste even a little bit. It is just sad that I was there on vacation, and hence, don't know when I will be able to visit again. Vegetarian Plus 5/9/2008

We have frequented Amy's Place for about the last Twelve years. They have great Vegetarian choices which are few in Buffalo. We started going here with my Vegetarian daughter and my husband and I have grown to love the food ourselves, graduating to the Lentil-Berry wrap. There is definitely a variety of choices. The staff is friendly, and very accomodating to personal taste requests. This is not a dinner type menu although we do eat dinner there, it is mainly sandwiches and wraps. They have great breakfasts too with made to order choices. Pretty reasonable to average prices. Pros: Great Food and Service, Friendly Cons: Size of seating space. Parking is sometimes tough on main, but usually not bad on side streets more

MUST EAT!! 2/7/2003

Amy's place has some of the best food in town. If you're a 'Veggie' you'll love the variety! But everyone finds food they love here, not just as someone else put it, Traditional American fare (not on your life). You've got to try: Lentil Berry, Bruce's Bowl, falafels, Steak Cabobs, Pitaco Salad, the list goes on..... GO EAT!! Pros: Inexpensive, Cheap, incredible food Cons: so is the decor, cash only, eclectic more

A Buffalo tradition 11/15/2002

I used to live in Buffalo as a UB student. Amy's Place was one of those no brainer good places to eat at a low price. On a recent trip back to Amy's I was reminded what a cool place it is. The food as always was great. It was worth the 1400 mile trip from Florida! I had the Hummis and it was so good. And the iced tea they have there is the best I've had. If you are in the Buffalo area, Amy's is a place you MUST check out! Pros: great food, great prices, near UB more
