My wife and I had a profoundly satisfying contracting experience dealing with Kai and his professional crew. Kai has a quite righteous working ethic and always provides his services to the highest construction standards. We got his contact from referral -- from our first pre-construction meeting my wife and I all felt convinced, confident and comfortable that Kai and his crew would get what we want done right -- our kitchen and bathrooms came out much more gorgeous than we expected. We would definitely recommend Kai and his crew for all our friends' renovations. more

They did a fantastic job with getting my house fixed and repaired in 2012. I initially hired them to two bathroom remodels, and after seeing how detail oriented they were and the quality of their work, I decided to hire them for another job and it just kept going from there. \r \r They are professional, courteous, works quickly and is knowledgeable in all sorts of areas\r \r I'll definitely be using Kai and his associates again for any projects I have in the future. more

Amherst Associates Construction has been working on my project for the past 3 months and they rock. They passed rough plumbing, rough electrical, rough mechanical and rough framing inspections all by one time. Andy, Paul and Sam are all very nice professionals and they are so responsive. more

The foundation of my house was separating itself apart - the footing was broken, and if I didn t get it fixed right away, I potentially would also have had to have the wood framing replaced along with the entire foundation. This company was there to the rescue!!! Kai returned my call personally and was able to come out and perform the service the same day - nothing short of amazing!!! Kai assessed the situation and gave me his honest opinion on my foundation. He informed me of additional things that I could do, but without any pressure. His rates were very competitive... He goes above and beyond to make certain that you are not only a repeat customer, but one you will tell your friends about. This construction company is in it for the long haul and customer satisfaction is clearly highest on their list!!! It is true that the whole foundation replacement project went through all the inspections smoothly and saved my entire house.\r \r \r \r more

They are very detailed about what they do and very thorough in explanations and in the quality of their work. I like their job-site manner. They're fairly sensitive to us as clients and courteous and do everyything and anything they can to make you feel comfortable about being their customer. I recommend them and rate them 5 stars. more

Amazing experience with excellent workermanship and work ethics.
