This is the worst place to service your car. The grey-haired owner at the front desk is a total A-Hole. It takes these guys 3 hours to do an oil check just so they can find anything charge you for. The service is shoddy and the technical skills of the mechanics are in question. My Mom couldn't close her hood after they worked on her car and they insisted she broke it and wouldn't take the five minutes needed to shut the hood. Turns out it wasn't broken at all, but they were going to charge her for it anyway. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. Take your business elsewhere and tell all your friends that Americas Service Station is a rip-off and a total shylock business. I would love to see these guys go out of business. The shop agreed to work on a 66 t-bird that needed minor electrical and engine work. Four days later called\r to see how the project was progressing. The shop manager says(found the electrical problem and fixed it)\r i visited the next day, spoke with the same manager, he admitted that the car had not been worked on since it arrived.\r A few days later the shop called to say car is ready for pickup. i arrived to pickup the car and found the car had not been put back together and that some of the parts were missing. \r The shop said oops, leave it a couple more days and we will find the missing parts. Returned a couple days later the car still had missing parts. The shop felt the parts were never on the car to begin with Picked up the car, i will NEVER COME BACK\r \r more

I have an automotive background, and usually take care of auto repairs myself. However, I thought I'd give these guys a try since they are right across the street from my neighborhood, and I had some larger projects on both my wife's car and mine. My wife's car needed front brakes and the belts replaced. They were prompt on the repairs, and communicated very well on what exactly needed to be done. They did not try to sell me anything extra. My car had all sorts of electrical problems. They kept me in up to date regularly on the progress, and alerted me of other things that may need to be repaired, but did not try to sell me on it. These guys are on top of it, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of maintenance. Pros: convenient, helpful, honest more

These guys simply take your money. I had two incidents. They claimed that they did oil change but they did not, my car heated up on a highway right after few days of oil change. Got a refund after several complaints. Cons: Not reliable, expensive more
