Driving up to the hotel I realized I'd made a mistake booking online. The entrance drive area (from road to parking lot) is covered in small rocks, warning you that you've left civilization. There was litter in the parking lot, including an empty alcohol bottle in a brown bag. Classy. Landscaping is barely there. The conference room is where they keep their junk for all to see. Only one vending machine and it was broken. The carpet in dining area is ripped up, exposing the raw concrete floor. The 2nd story passage from the front to the back has broken equipment lying around. It was quite an eyesore every time I passed by. No pool furniture at the pool, except 2 $10 chairs. There is a big hole in the wall surrounding the pool, where people throw garbage. The ""continental breakfast"" is 2 kinds of cereal and some plastic-wrapped cinamon buns (the kind with a shelf life longer than plastic). The furniture in the room is cheaper than what I had in college. The room had a light musty smell. The hotel was dirt cheap and so not worth it.
Pros: Decent pool, low price
Cons: Room smells musty, furniture cheap, poorly managed
