It's been almost two weeks and my small order for just two items has still not arrived. My message to customer service was never returned when I inquired about my items. After another call they claimed my items will arrive soon. Completely disappointed from the start, I'll never spend my money there again, and if your smart, you'll learn from the mistakes of others not to spend your money there either. more

So i get a call today at the shop as i normally do everyday from some salesguy but he was cool and collected at first so i actually gave him a minute. He starts explaining how hes selling these amazing drill bits at the low cost of $180 shipped to my door. I let him explain the product and find out where they are made and then while he is describing the item to me I am checking on ebay to see how much i can get these for... The same 29pc set he was going to sell me was found on there for $90 Shipped... So i call him out on it but explain the set i found was in metric.... He goes on about how those are junk and the ones he has go up to 1/2 inch which is bigger than the 1-14mm i said the metric kit i was talking about. Then i stopped him and said 1/2 inch is only 12.5mm... then he starts talking trash and crying like a baby... never have I had such a weak pathetic soul throw such a quick fit and start talking like he was a MMA fighter; starts talking trash about my town and how much he makes... then i stop him again and ask if you make so much why are you calling me? then he says he'll call back after i have calmed down. Still waiting for your call sir, so i can make you cry some more. more

NIEL is his name, has called twice and more than rude and insulting to me, insisting that he talk to a MAN, what idiot would think hes going to sell tools to someone when he starts insulting people. Cons: Saleman very very very rude more

A sales rep has called my garage and was quite rude to my employee that had answered the phone. The conversation began with a rude man interrupting our business day then insulting my employee because he could not hear him, I believe the rep to have stated that my employee was ""dense"" and ""drunk"". How do you expect to create customers with such a terrible attitude? I had tried to call the number back to speak to the person that was completely rude, however I got an answering machine, I left a message to return my call but did not receive one. I am completely disgusted with the way this company lets its reps speak to potential customers. Cons: attitude! more
