Review content:
A sales rep has called my garage and was quite rude to my employee that had answered the phone. The conversation began with a rude man interrupting our business day then insulting my employee because he could not hear him, I believe the rep to have stated that my employee was ""dense"" and ""drunk"". How do you expect to create customers with such a terrible attitude? I had tried to call the number back to speak to the person that was completely rude, however I got an answering machine, I left a message to return my call but did not receive one. I am completely disgusted with the way this company lets its reps speak to potential customers. Cons: attitude!
