Excellant Service after the sale!!! 2/9/2012

I had my roofing installed back in 2006 by one the best Austin roofing companies around. I called them yesterday 02/07/2012 because I had a miner leak, I thought my call would go on deaf ears after having my home re-roofed 6 year early, BOY, was I wrong, American Pride Roofing came out to my home the next day 02/08/2012 and fixed my leak and did not charge me a penny. I will diffrently re-hire American Pride Roofing in the future. AWESOME!!!!! more

Best experience I've had with an Austin roofer 2/9/2011

Good: The same day service. I called them in the morning, met them on my lunch break, and was on the schedule for a new roof that week.. Bad: Having to meet with my insurance adjuster. Luckily, Mike from American Pride Roofing was there with me as representation in my claim. I really felt like they were on my side and working to make sure I got my claim fulfilled properly.. Improvements: None.. Other: I own rental properties in Austin so have had to deal with roofers many times in the past. American Pride Roofing was the first company that I would use a second time and would even recommend them to a friend.. more
