....this? I asked for garlic on my pizza and I got a couple squirts of some yellowish-white liquid. Weird. Either way not a bad pie all things considered. Little pricey though for pizza.\r \r Beware, the entire Gulfstream village adds a "region fee" or some such crap. Basically a way to scam some extra cash out of you. I don't know what it's for and I'm not saying it means don't go there. Just be ready to pay it if you're there. more

Bad management.\r \r We went there on a not so busy Friday night, and the restaurant was a chaos. It was our first time. We didn't even know if we should wait for a waiter, or should sit ourselves. From what it looks (a chuck-e-cheese type of chaos), we attempted to sit somewhere, but someone told us to wait. We waited couple of minutes, then we were pointed where to sit, although we wanted to sit at some other available table. Menu, atmosphere, service was terribly wrong and 2nd class not even casual restaurant type. We waited about 7-8 minutes for a waiter. No one showed up, and we walked away. There just too many other restaurants. It is sad to see such bad management. more

Well, in my house I never have to wonder where we will end up if we go out to eat as a family, it is ALWAYS American Pie in Gulfstream Village. We have never had a bad meal there since it opened and the service is great too! The food has always been consistantly good from the pizza to the soup to the salads! Everything is delicious and the portions are HUGE! My son and husband love that they can watch any sporting event going on as they have numerous TV's and my daughter and I just love the atmosphere! A MUST when looking for a good place to eat out at affordable prices, you won't be sorry! more

Being form New York, it was very refreshing to find a pizza joint south of Jersey that meets my standards! :-) The Pizza had that sweet crunchiness that keeps your mouth watering in between bites. The servers were all young and friendly, and the atmosphere was rocking! This is a must for Italian food and pizza lovers!!! more

After several visits to American Pie, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent pizza. The rest of the menu is wonderful and extensive. The salads are enough for sharing and anything can be substituted. We were greeted by young cheerful servers each time, and the atmosphere and decor is very fun. The service has been excellent on each occasion. They have indoor and outdoor seating, which accommodated our little dog. Our kids particularly enjoyed the chicken parmigiana, and the oven baked chicken wings are a nice twist on the conventional deep fried ones. Save room for dessert as the brownies are spectacular! more

LOVE the look of the restaurant! The food is amazing the Italian salad is one of the best ones I've had they have great pastas as well and even offer healthy options for those who are health conscious, like the italian salad with tuna or grilled shrimp, tilapia with vegetables, soup etc.. so you can take your kids to eat what they love and still eat a delicious healthy meal. more

American Pie has the best pizza, it's always a number 1 choice with my kids. There is something for everyone....salads, wings and another one of my kids favorites the chocolate chip cookies. The mgmt. and servers are great. American pie is a great family restaurant :0) more

The food is excellent especially the Chicken Parm. The pizza happens to be one of the best I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and accomidating to me and my family and my iced tea was always full. I highly recommend American Pie!!! more

BEST Chicken Parm EVER!!!! Huge portions, amazing service (my iced tea was always refilled) and the food is soooo good!!! The waitress was so nice to my kids. This place has it ALL!!! Forget those corner pizza joints, these people know what they're doing. more

I'm in college, and took my girlfriend to American Pie.. The food was great and she was very happy with my choice of restaurant. Great place for a young person on a budget to go somewhere cool with really good food. We shared the giant italian salad and a meatball hero... So good that we're going back this weeekend. more

What could be better? A family style Italian restaurant with real NY style pizza! It was very reasonably priced, the service was good and the 70's rock'n'roll look is awesome. The garlic rolls and salads are huge and delicious. The biggest surprise of all are the entrees. All homemade, nothing out of a can or frozen. I had the eggplant parm. it was amazing- Oh, and don't forget to try one of their homemade amazing chocolate chip cookies or brownies for dessert. We've been there several times, and are definitely going back. more

LISHKA\r \r Miami Beach, FL\r 10/31/2010 As a family of 6, we love eating "Family style" -that's why we love the home-style cooking of American Pie, especially because I'm not the one doing the cooking! The food is phenomenal...the portions are huge...the ambience is friendly, as is the staff! We've gone there to celebrate birthdays, watch sporting events and get together with friends. Each and everytime we leave thoroughlly satisfied! My family is partial to the chicken Marsala, the amazing salads, the eggplant parmesean, the italian sub and of course the pizza. We highly recommend American PIe to anyone who is looking for value, taste and a great casual time! more
