It is like pulling teeth trying to do anything: schedule an appointment, be seen on time for an appointment, have questions answered. \r They say you must stay on your time schedule for the best results but I had to fight to make them schedule my treatments 4 weeks apart. . They used to schedule my laser treatments 6-7 weeks apart. Can you believe that ?\r In short I'm very disappointed that after so many laser treatments, I have seen NO RESULTS at all.\r Save yourself and your money , make a smart decision -- don't use American Laser Centers in Temecula. I started laser hair removal about 2 years ago. American Laser Center had a booth at a bridal fair and I stupidly gave them my email address to receive more info about services. I got an email saying that I'd ""won"" a $400 gift certificate and they'd like to set me up with a consultation. I went ahead and after a hard sell and verbal guarantee that I'd start seeing results after 1-2 treatments with complete removal by the 6th and final treatment, I charged the $1200 package to my Care Credit.\r \r First thing: the nurse would take the before photos at the start of each session on the side of my face where I was NOT having a hair problem. Big red flag. But she was otherwise professional and friendly. \r \r After 2 treatments, no improvement. Instead, an increase in hair appearing in areas it had not been before. The nurse said it could be from stimulation from the laser, from shaving or trimming, from hormones, or from a combination of the three. I asked repeatedly to have the treatment only in the area I was initially concerned with but at each appointment the laser was used over my entire lip and chin areas.\r \r 4th treatment: New hair growth is really noticeable and I'm increasingly frustrated. They start doing double passes. \r \r 6th treatment: New nurse because the original quit. Had to advise her about the new hair growth because it was not documented on my records. She said I should use the ""other"" laser because ""people with my hair color and skin tone seem to have better results with it"". She burned my lip because she forgot to lower the settings after moving from my chin area, even after I'd requested not to have my upper lip treated. It was painful and took a few days to heal. 2 year satisfaction guarantee kicks in.\r \r 16 or so treatments: With the ""other laser"", I've had some minimal results, but not at all anything to celebrate. I still have more unwanted hair in more places than what I started with! Also, tired of being rescheduled due to overlapping. I QUIT! Pros: None.
