This is a great organization and they do a program yearly called Jump Rope for Heart. I know I did it when I was younger and had a great amount of fun. I went around a collected donations from many people and then they give prizes depending on how much you collect. I received several prizes and collected around $100. Then, we all jump roped and it was supposed to be exercise for us too. The overall program was lots of fun and it's supposed to help raise money to research for heart diseases.
