My car was just recently taken to this storage place and I have had so much trouble trying to get my car out. I still have not been successful in getting my car. It is under my grandma's name but she is sick and is not able to come to get it. I asked if I could have a notary made but they said no even though someone said that should work. They charge ridiculous rates and are no help at all and very rude. more

Don't deal with these people. They add on charges such as towing fees, state fees, city fees and then forget to tell you when you ask for a total. My company car was towed and these idiots don't understand that the owner, a leasing company from INDIANA, wasn't going to come down and pick up the car since they would only release it to the registered owner. Usually this is a good policy but what happens in the fleet vehicle area? Well, that's another $45 notary fee to release the vhicle since I'm not the registered owner although I am the registered driver. The guy at the front can hardly speak english. What was originally a $143.50 fee turned out to be $231.39 with all the ""extra"" fees added in. Don't deal with these people. They're shady and irritating as hell to work with. Cons: everything more
