Had a service call from these ""people"", replaced and repaired, told I had a ""tailgate warranty"", and offered a ""deal"" IF I BOUGHT A TOTAL NEW SYSTEM he'd do me a favor and put this bill towards a brand new TOTAL SYSTEM! Their ""fix"" lasted less than 2 weeks, new tech came out, showed us faulty wire ""job"" and old part, he put on TWO capacitors because he didn't have the RIGHT one for our unit and one was old and dented, as it is WRITTEN BY NEW TECH, contacted ""owner/Mgr"" who was ONLY interested in who the company was that had to come out and REMOVE the ""parts"" their tech wired, tried to string me along until then, for more than a 2 week time frame, UNTIL I caught on. I offered to SHOW him the pictures of how the NEW tech found his tech's ""repair and replace"" ""JOB"" and the old parts they had just installed less than 2 weeks before, along with the WRITTEN WORK ORDER, about what the tech had to DO to repair what American Air & Heat of Brevard INC. had done. Again, ALL HE wanted, or the Owner/Mgr wanted was the ""other Comapnys NAME, now with everything I OFFERED to show them, again all he wanted was MY GOOD FAITH and NOT TO COVER UP THE OTHER COMPANYS NAME when I faxed him their work order, new company. I told him, in GOOD FAITH, I ALLOWED them to come into my home, and they did a ""real sorry job"", all I received was one excuse after another about him being TOO busy to follow up, but could I wait...? and then some follow up nasty emails. I gave up answering him and playing HIS game. I WILL take this to court, small claims when I have the time, and follow up with the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber, they know not to worry though, lived here over 28 years, they are all for company/businesses, NOT the consumer, so will just keep finding places to give reviews. I'll get the $274.00 worth.
