Please whatever you do, do not have your event at this ballroom. The people are rude even though you are offering your services to them. If it was not for us they would be bankrupt. They are thieves and liars and rude people! Worst experience of my life. Please go somewhere else and avoid this place at all costs! more

WORST OF THE WORST!!!!! Bad place, it was my nieces quinceanera about a week ago.We were there 15 min. till the event WAS to begin. We got there my niece all dressed up the wind was not helping and with 15 other teenagers waiting outside knocking on the windows at the ballroom to let us in! My sister (the quinceaneras mom) was calling to see if they could let us in When we peeked inside the hall it looked as if was not yet finished, being decorated! To top that all off all the guest were already arriving and parking. 10 MIN LATE INTO THE EVENT the doors opened. I had a bad experience with this ballroom, it is beatiful but they can do better! There is other ballrooms in el paso that have better service! So please take your hard-earned money somewhere else! I'll be sure not to have my daughter's 15 there! more

les juro que el dia de mi voda fue el peor dia de mi vida gracias al mal servicio que resivi en este salon..............para empesar la senora empeso la comida una hora tarde.................los aires no servian porque estaba muy caliente..............no tenia los dos polecias que en elcontrato promete.........incluso no avia polecia.............tenia solo un dj para las dos salones.......en otras palabras el grupo paraba de tocar y el dj ampesaba a tocar como 15 minutos despues........nos prometio 4 botellas para brindar y nomas nos dio 2......nomas tenia un bar tender cuando prometio dos en el contrato....................no havia yelo se le termino..........la soda no tenia gas estaba muy desabrida..............sele termino la serveca que le pedimos que ara bud light i empeso a dar budweiser..............el bartender era muy grosero con la gente................no repartio ni partio el pastel como lo prometio...............dijo que todas las mesas ivan a tener adornos y nomas le puso adornos a la mitad..............y para acabarla no me lo van a creer no me queria regresar el deposito de el salon que son 200 dollares que porque un mantel estaba manchado de amarillo.............a toda le jente le dice que el mantel esta manchado y le ensella el mismo mantel para quedarse con el deposito pero conmigo no se logro..............a y mucho cuidado porque anosotros nos presento un volante con los paquetes y lo que contienen y cuando le fuimos a reclamar ella la muy despota saco otro volante que esta alterado que tiene menos cosas especificadas.......y aparte la senora de primero se porta muy bien muy atenta y muy amable segun ella.....pero esperense que nomas le aigan dado el ultimo deposito y se transforam que ni la concen..............se comporta muy grocera........total que ace de su evento lo que se le antoja..................POR LO QUE MAS QUIERAN RENTEN CUALQUIER OTRO SALON MENOS ESTE................ more

I attended a 40th wedding party for my inlaws. Our family had a fantastict time. We had the party at the small ballroom. The decoration is beautiful!!!. Pros: The Prices are excellent and the Service was very Good. Cons: The Air conditioners were to cold!! more

I came in from Houston for my Niece's wedding. Ceremony was beautiful and everything was great until the reception and dance. The Ambassador Ballroom management does everything possible to extort money. Who knows how many people give in to them because its their wedding day and they don't want problems. The manager (who claims to be the owner) refused to serve any more water because she felt the guests were using too much... so we went out and bought water. She wouldn't serve the drinks at 8PM as agreed, not sure why, but at 8:30 we started serving our own drinks. She refused to give me a spoon so my son could eat because they were ""clean and put away."" When it came time to cut the cake, she refused to give us the plates. Again, someone went out to buy plates for the cake. She handed the groom a bill for $200 for water. He told her he wasn't going to pay that, so she shut off the circuit breakers and stopped the dance. Everybody was told to leave. Lights were turned on only when El Paso PD told her to turn them on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I rated this 1-star becuase there was a ""NO STAR"" rating! Their Intent is very well planned out to steal your money! READ YOUR CONTRACT before signing it otherwise you are locked in. Contact the other businesses they've refused to allow to come back, all their reasons are almost identical! They LIE to you about ""THE CONTRACT"" and are ""VERY"" nice to you until you pay the remaining balance off. MARIA/manager is at your event and turns into ""La HItler"" with your guests, especially children. She doesnt care what your contract says. They cheat, &they purposely cause your caterers, decorators, bands, DJ's to breach their contracts with you. They do not open the doors for anyone as agreed on the date of your event. At our event, fire exits were locked-no key on hand, guests were abused physically, verbally, children scolded, 1 officer for 450 guests, no ice as agreed, accessible bathroom locked, DJ not allowed to play what we requested, ended event 45 min before ""PAID FOR"" time and then told people to leave and turned off air conditioner 1.5 hours before our event ended, drinks served with a few ice cubes, caterer, band, and decorator were verbally abused! STAY AWAY....This lady steals the food that you buy. She puts up an hour early and says that it finished. Air Conditioner doesn't work, and they didn't let our planners and decorators in on time. Everything was late. Bathrooms were filthy and broken!! Disgusting. The lady Maria (so called manager) refused to give money for pizza that was never brought in back. Good luck getting anything done in the English language also. Poor poor place, should be shut down. Even reports of rodents from guests. Nasty place!!! Pros: none!
