They will NOT honor the money back guarantee! 4/16/2011

The local installer MAY do a good job but if you have any problems they will find a way to get out of it. You will NOT get the corporate office to make good on the money back guarantee. In fact, I have spent more than $15k with this company and am going to have to have the job done again from the start and will also have to pay almost twice that to repair the damage they caused. Stay FAR, FAR away from this greedy company. more

Go elsewhere to have hardiplank installed 4/7/2008

Amazing Siding did not stand behind their workmanship. After I had Hardiplank siding installed, the house sprung leaks. They did a very brief inspection by looking up and claimed, ""Not our fault"". Two contractors, two inspectors, and $5,000 later, it was Amazing Siding's workmanship. I'd recommend the product, Hardiplank, but find someone else to install it. Someone that will stand behind their work! more

Were just dropping you a line to tell you how pleased we are with our windows and with the entire process in general. First, your sales representative was so knowledgeable. We felt we got just what we wanted, and he was a pleasure to work with. Then, the crew that came out to put the windows in, was fast, efficient, did a beautiful job, and again, were a pleasure to be around. They also cleaned up perfectly to the extent that we didnt even know we had any work done in the houseand we had eleven windows put in! Thanks to all of you for the great work you did and for making the whole experience so easy. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone. more

Quality Work, Great Staff 6/11/2006

My wife and I have talked about getting new windows for a number of years and thought it would be a difficult undertaking. To our relief, the project went very well! Having retired from the trades some years ago, I have very high standards for workmanship, especially in my own home. Your staff was terrific. They showed up on time, did quality work, and most importantly, met my personal standards for a job well done. I will be glad to recommend your company to others. more

Best in Austin for Window Replacement 6/11/2006

I had 11 windows installed in my home and I am writing to tell you how extremely happy I am with them. I can't believe how wonderful they look, not to mention how much warmer my house is. I was also impressed with how neat and clean the installers left my home. There was no mess anywhere. They did an excellent job! I am telling everyone I can about the wonderful service I received! This has been the largest project I've done on my house so far, and your staff made it completely painless. more

Great Investment! 6/8/2006

I sat down and put a pencil and paper to how much it would cost me to keep painting my house every few years versus getting a quality siding product installed. While the siding was more on the front end, painting would end up costing over twice as much over 12 years. I'm no rocket scientist, but that was a no-brainer for me. I called you guys instead of the painting company, and I am thrilled with the result. The siding looks great, and I am happy knowing that I won't need to see another painter, EVER! more
