I went to this spa hoping desperately for something that would reuce the lumpy bits on my upper thighs and tighten my tummy (I had been exercising for months after the baby to little effect). The ladies there were really friendly and enthusiastic. The person they called a "technician" measured and weighed me and then wrapped warm, wet bandages firmly over my whole body. I had to walk on a machine for about 45 minutes and then she remeasured me. Although I din't see a huge difference, my thighs were definitely smoother, my tummy was 2" flatter and I felt great. Definitely worth it for the price. I'll go back again for my maintainence wrap in 6 months.
